Jerry Baker, a native of North Carolina, started his career as a barber in 1979. He enjoyed it so much that he went on to become a Hair Designer. Through the years Jerry has managed salons and was an instructor for a Beauty School University. Jerry has now branched out and is not only a hair designer at J & J Hair Designs but is also co-owner.      Joy McGrath is a native of New York and graduated from Beauty School in 1983. With 18 years experience as a hair designer, Joy has worked in NY, PA and currently here in NC.
